Volleyball Academy Code of Conduct

The Volleyball Academy Code of Conduct sets expectations for behavior in our instructional classes. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and enjoy volleyball. By registering, families agree to uphold these standards.

  • Be ready to learn: come prepared, listen to instructions, and try your best.

  • Encourage others: cheer on classmates and celebrate their progress.

  • Safe play: follow class rules, use equipment properly, and avoid roughhousing.

  • Positive attitude: keep an open mind, be patient with mistakes (your own and others’), and focus on improvement.

Parent/Guardian Expectations

  • Support the learning process: encourage your child’s effort and progress, not just outcomes.

  • Respect boundaries: allow coaches to lead the class and give feedback.

  • Model respect: demonstrate patience and positivity toward staff and other families.

  • Communication: raise questions or concerns respectfully, and outside of class time when possible.

  • Timeliness: ensure your child arrives on time and is picked up promptly.
