Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refunds initiated by families (withdrawal, dissatisfaction, medical exception) are subject to a 5% administrative fee to offset credit card processing charges.

This fee will not apply if Volleyball Academy cancels an entire program.

Families may withdraw before or within the first two (2) classes and receive a refund minus the 5% administrative fee.

Families who withdraw after the second class will be refunded the unused portion of the program fee, calculated per class, minus the 5% administrative fee.

No refunds or credits for missed classes due to personal conflicts, travel, or minor illness. Optional make-ups may be offered if space permits.

Volleyball Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes canceled due to weather or facility closures.

Refunds will not be issued if a make-up class is offered.

If Volleyball Academy cancels an entire program (not just a single class), families may choose a full refund or credit.

No administrative fee will apply in this case.

If a child cannot continue due to injury or illness, families may request a prorated refund or credit (minus the 5% administrative fee).

Documentation may be requested at Volleyball Academy’s discretion but is not mandatory in all cases.

Refunds outside these guidelines may be granted at HQ’s discretion to maintain fairness.

Area Directors must apply this policy consistently; exceptions require HQ approval.
