About the program...   

Middle School Prep is a structured volleyball program designed specifically for middle school students, focused on building strong technical skills, confidence, and game understanding. This program helps athletes progress beyond the basics while preparing them for school teams and the next stage of their volleyball journey —without the high pressure or commitment of club environments. (No prior experience required)*

Our practices...   

Sessions are offered after school and on weekends at convenient local locations such as schools, recreation centers, and community facilities. Led by experienced Volleyball Academy coaches, Middle School Prep emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and positive competition in a supportive environment—giving athletes the tools they need to succeed while continuing to enjoy the game.
