MINI-VOLLEY
About the program...
Mini-Volley is designed for athletes ages 11–16 who are ready to take the next step in their volleyball journey. This pre-competitive program introduces players to team systems, rotations, and game strategy while continuing to build technical skills. Sessions are structured around 4v4 gameplay, position-specific drills, and communication exercises that prepare athletes for school teams or future competition. With a focus on fun, confidence, and game awareness, Mini-Volley bridges the gap between development and more competitive play—without the high pressure or commitment of club environments.
